Community Central Hall’s Older People Services have been providing care and support services for older people both in the community and in their own homes for over 27 years. At Older People Services, we offer Home Support for adults of all ages. CCH’s Home Support team is involved in a variety of tasks including housework, shopping, personal care and befriending. Alongside Home Support, we offer various activities throughout the year. A referral is needed to use this service. Please get in touch for more information.
