Workmates is East Park’s day service for young adults aged 17-25 with high-support needs. Workmates is designed specifically to to support young people as they transition from school into adult life. East Park understand that leaving school can be a significant step- not just for young people, but for their families too. Our highly trained and compassionate team are here to provide the right level of support during this important time. At Workmates, we believe in walking alongside young people and their families- truly listening, and understanding what matters most. Our goal is to empower young people to live the live they choose, by focussing on their strengths, interests and aspirations. Each young person who joins Workmates receives person-centred support, tailored to their individual needs and goals. Workmates is designed for young people who may need additional support to experience activities within the community and to learn new skills.
