Description
The Kugatsu Karate-Do, part of the Karate Fun family, was established in 1995 and is a thriving Karate club with around 100 students based in the west end of Glasgow. We teach Shukokai Karate-Do to students of all ages and abilities. Our classes are well structured, following a realistic but challenging syllabus that encourages all our students to do their best and progress through the belt system. Our classes help promote overall confidence, self-respect, physical and mental wellbeing. The kicking and punching of pads as well as the fun orientated physical activities, within a safe and supportive environment, are great for reducing emotional stress. We have various classes you can join in with: - Junior Class (4-11 years): Mon 18:00-18:50 - Senior Class (12+ years): Mon 19:00-20:00 - Adult Disability Class (16+ years): Wed 10:30-11:30 - Junior Class (4-11 years): Wed 19:00-19:50 - Senior Class (12+ years): Wed 20:00-19:00 - Junior Class (4-11 years): Fri 17:30-18:20 - Family Class (all ages): Fri 18:30-19:20 - Junior Disability Class (4-15 years): Sat 09:00-09:50 - Kata Class (adults): Sat 10:00-10:50 - Advanced Kata Class (adults): Sat 11:00-12:00
