Kickstart is a UK-wide employability scheme that enables employers to bring new talent into their business through the creation of high quality 6-month work placements for young people aged 16-24, who are claiming Universal Credit. The Kickstart Scheme is a 6 month paid job with a local employer that enables young people to gain experience of working in some of Britain’s most exciting companies.
