Community Connectors is a free, confidential service for people over 60 in Glasgow or those caring for someone who is. We aim to connect older people and their carers to information, local services and activities to support them to live as well as they can for as long as they can. We focus on helping older people and their carers recognise and build on their own strengths, to increase their wellbeing and to live the life they want to live.
