Description
Whether you're learning Tai Chi Chuan for general fitness and wellbeing or as a means of effective self-defence, our classes cover a full curriculum of Wu-Cheng Tai Chi Chuan. This includes hand form, push hands, application, weapons forms, self-defence and Nei Kung. Classes meet on Tuesday evenings. The instructor is Stephen Douglas.
