Our programme aims to support people to move forward to address their offending behaviour through individual support and to provide employability and training opportunities. We work with those aged 16+, who live in Glasgow, are not in employment or training and have been involved in offending. ChoiceWorks staff, in addition to addressing offending behaviour, will provide support with issues in an individual’s personal life, such as housing, addictions, health, money matters, etc. When you are ready, we will work with you to create a CV, apply for employment and training courses and offer in-work support. Individuals work with the programme at their own pace and are provided with support throughout their journey. You can self-refer or be referred by an agency.
