The North West Primary Care Mental Health Team (PCMHT) aims to promote positive mental health and wellbeing. We are a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals who offer brief psychological therapies for people experiencing common mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression. The service does not offer urgent appointments. We are open Monday to Friday between 9.00am to 4.30pm.
